Jennifer Aniston seals deal on multi-million pound home
Jennifer Anniston is the proud new owner of a 5.4 million flat in New York Citys celebrity district - Gramercy Park which she bought with boyfriend Justin Theroux.
The Wanderlust stars new home is the sole flat in the building that looks over Manhattans only private park from the master bedroom and boasts high ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, custom shelving and a wood burning fireplace.
US Weekly have reported that Jennifer has bagged herself perks in choosing the exclusive block of flats as her new home - such as housekeeping, room and butler service and David Barton gym membership.
Though the flat is impressive Jennifer has proven to be high maintenance as costs in maintaining the flat run an estimated 7,000 a month.
Since Jennifer and Justin began dating the couple have been rumoured planning on getting married and having kids.
Despite Jennifer denying in recent days that she is pregnant - her new dream home has two nurseries, one painted blue for a boy and one painted pink for a girl - perfect for raising a family.
