'Broody' Jennifer Aniston eyes up second NYC apartment with 2 nurseries!

London, Oct 22 : Jennifer Aniston is said to have gone on a house-hunting trip yet again even after having spent a colossal 15 million dollars on buying a New York City love nest for herself and her beau, Justin Theroux.

According to the New York Post, the 42-year-old actress recently inspected an 8.7 million dollars pad in Manhattan's comfortable Grammercy Park neighbourhood with two unidentified men, the Daily Mail reported.

Unlike her current West village residence, the new location happens to have two gorgeous nurseries one room is delicate, pink and clearly designed for a little girl, while the other is simple, blue and boy-friendly.

Even though she recently purchased three 18th floor units at her current residence, the Grammercy Park spot would be a perfect location to raise children or to get some necessary privacy.

The 2,873 square-foot apartment boasts of three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 12-foot ceilings in comparison to her new love nest, which houses only one bedroom and one bathroom.

The new spot has one additional selling point it has great views of the only private park in New York City.
