The Hollywood star showed off her stunning figure in a frock slashed almost to her navel.

The beauty, posing on the red carpet at the 18th Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood celebration, also aired her impressively-toned legs.

The former Friends actress, 42, joined pal Reese Witherspoon at the dinner, a hotel in Beverly Hills, California, which celebrates women's achievements in film.

The pair first hit it off when they worked together in the hit USA sitcom when Reese played Rachel Green's sister Gill in two episodes 11 years ago.

Since then Jen has starred in a string of films including excellent recent comedy Bad Bosses, while Reese won an Oscar in 2005 for her role in Johnny Cash biopic Walk The Line.
