Jennifer Aniston House-Hunting in NYC Yet Again

jennifer-aniston Grammercy Park condoAfter spending a an estimated $15 million on a NYC love nest earlier this year, actress Jennifer Aniston is reportedly once again house-hunting, this time however she has her sights on an $8.7 million pad overlooking a beautiful private park in Lower Manhattan.

According to the New York Post, the 42-year-old actress who recently has been the target of a slew baby rumors due to her blossoming relationship with boyfriend Justin Theroux was spotted inspecting the $8.7 million, ninth-floor condo in Manhattans comfortable Grammercy Park neighborhood sometime last week.

Unlike her current one-bedroom, one bathroom West village residence, the new property a 2,873 sq ft, three bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom beauty boasts 12! -foot hi gh ceilings, an immaculate view of the park below, and also just happens to have two gorgeous nurseries one room is delicate, pink and clearly designed for a little girl, while the other is simple, blue and boy-friendly, reports the Daily Mail.

The NY Post, who originally reported on the story, say their spy states Aniston may have been looking for a new apartment because the paparazzi had already ruined the West Village place for her and Theroux.
